In this lesson, Ken Sande teaches about the concept of relational wisdom. He shares about the power of emotion and discusses the physiological processes that happen in heightened emotional situations. Sande shows that, by cultivating necessary “soft skills” to complement the “hard skills” that an advisor already has, the advisor will generate a multiplying effect on the value they bring to client relationships.
