Sharon Epps and Pam Pugh, two of the founders of Women Doing Well share a simple model for active listening that empowers advisors to build a bridge to female clients. Via Jesus’ interaction with the Woman at the Well, Epps and Pugh explore the power of asking sincere questions, listening for the underlying need and exploring areas of interest for female clients. Practicing this model will foster trust in relationships, both personally and professionally.
